Credits are what your usage draws from. A quick question costs a little, and a deep read of your whole account costs more. So a plan is a month of work rather than a count of conversations, and the more you make, the higher the plan that carries it.

Where do I see prices?
In the app, and in the web app in your browser. You see every plan and what it costs before you pay anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two taps from Settings, or by emailing support@creedom.ai. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, with exceptions for double billing, a clerical or technical error on our side, and cancellations requested before a billing date but charged after. EU and EEA customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
How do I pay?
In the app, or in the web app in your browser, with whatever you already use. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by those platforms.
