This Refund Policy governs subscription payments made to BILLION FACES TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED for access to the Creedom platform and Services. By subscribing to Creedom, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. Current subscription pricing is available at https://creedom.ai/pricing.
1. Subscription Fees — No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described below.
When you subscribe to Creedom, you are purchasing access to the Services for a defined billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date and you will not be charged again.
2. Trial Offer
A discounted trial offer is available for the first month for new subscribers. The trial price and standard plan rates are displayed at the time of signup. After the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to the selected plan at the standard rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.
No refund is issued for the trial month fee once access has been granted.
3. Exceptions — When a Refund Will Be Issued
A refund will be considered only in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, email support@creedom.ai with your registered email or phone number and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 5–7 working days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. EU Users — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without giving any reason (the ‘cooling-off period’).
However, by starting to use the Creedom Services immediately after subscribing, you expressly request and consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before the Services have been fully performed during the cooling-off period, you may be charged for the proportion of the Services already provided.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at support@creedom.ai within 14 days of your subscription start date, clearly stating your intention to withdraw. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request and process any applicable refund within 14 days.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancellation is effective within 48 hours of your request. You will receive a confirmation once processed.
6. Annual Subscriptions
If you have purchased an annual subscription, cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the annual period. No refund is issued for remaining months of an annual plan unless due to a verified billing error, or for EU users exercising the right of withdrawal within the applicable period.
7. Payments via App Stores
If you purchased your Creedom subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly through the respective app store. Apple's and Google's refund policies govern purchases made through their platforms.
