Creedom (previously called Casttree) is a product of BILLION FACES TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every creator who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, email address, and phone number at registration
  • Profile information and content preferences
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card details)
  • Content you submit such as video uploads, scripts, and prompts

1.2 Information from Connected Accounts

When you connect your YouTube or Instagram account, we collect data from those platforms as authorised by you:

  • YouTube: Channel analytics, video performance, subscriber metrics, audience demographics, and watch time data via the YouTube Data API and Analytics API
  • Instagram: Post performance, audience insights, reach, engagement metrics, and story analytics via the Instagram Graph API

This data is accessed only with your explicit consent. You may revoke access at any time through your Google or Instagram account settings.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device type, operating system, and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Usage patterns, features accessed, and session duration

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the Services: Delivering AI growth recommendations, analytics, and content features
  • To personalise your experience: Tailoring AI outputs based on your channel data
  • To communicate with you: Account notifications, product updates, and support
  • To improve the platform: Analysing anonymised, aggregated usage patterns
  • To ensure security: Detecting and preventing fraud and unauthorised access
  • To comply with legal obligations: Responding to lawful requests

Your creator data — including account analytics and content from connected YouTube and Instagram accounts — is used solely to provide the Services to you. It is never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shared for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party API Integrations

3.1 Google / YouTube

  • Data accessed only to provide the Services you have requested
  • Not used for advertising or to train AI models
  • Not sold, rented, or traded to third parties
  • Revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Creedom's use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.2 Instagram / Meta

Creedom is an authorised Meta technology provider.

  • Data accessed only to provide the Services you have requested
  • Not used for advertising or to train AI models
  • Not sold, rented, or traded to third parties
  • Revoke access through Instagram account settings or Meta's Apps and Websites settings

Creedom's use of Instagram API data complies with Instagram's Platform Policy and Meta's data use policies.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Vendors assisting with hosting, payments, and analytics — under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or lawful government request
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition — with notice where required by law
  • Safety: To protect the rights or safety of Creedom, our users, or the public

5. Data Retention

  • Personal data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted from active systems within 90 days
  • Anonymised aggregate data may be retained for product analytics
  • Certain data may be retained longer where required by applicable law
