This is a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using Creedom, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (‘Agreement’) govern your use of the Creedom platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, ‘Services’) operated by BILLION FACES TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (‘Creedom’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement in full.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in conduct harmful to Creedom or its users.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
2.1 Subscription Plans
Creedom offers Free, Pro, and Max subscription plans. Each plan provides different levels of access to the AI intelligence features of the platform. Current pricing for each plan is published on our pricing page at https://creedom.ai/pricing and within the application. Prices are subject to change with advance notice to subscribers.
A discounted trial offer may be available for the first month for new subscribers. After the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to the selected plan at the standard rate unless cancelled before the trial period ends. The current trial pricing and standard plan rates are displayed at the time of signup.
2.2 Auto-Renewal
Important: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current subscription rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorise Creedom to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup. You will receive access to the Services for the full duration of the paid billing period.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect within 48 hours of your request. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.
2.4 No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of verified double billing or clerical error on our part. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@creedom.ai. Verified errors will be refunded within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
3. Use of the Services
3.1 Permitted Use
Creedom grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your own content creation and channel growth purposes. This licence does not permit you to resell access, use the Services on behalf of third parties commercially, or build competing products using Creedom's output.

4. AI Features and Creator Data
Creedom's AI intelligence layer uses data from your connected YouTube and Instagram accounts, together with content you submit to the platform, solely to provide you with personalised AI recommendations, analytics, and content outputs.
By connecting your YouTube or Instagram account, you authorise Creedom to access your account data as permitted by Google's and Meta's respective API terms. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google or Instagram account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Creedom platform, technology, trademarks, and original content are owned by BILLION FACES TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its underlying technology.
Content you create or submit to the platform remains your property. You grant Creedom a limited licence to process your content solely as required to deliver the Services to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creedom disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BILLION FACES TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Creedom in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
For users accessing the Services from the United States: We encourage you to contact us at support@creedom.ai to seek resolution before initiating formal proceedings. Your rights under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws are acknowledged.
For users in the European Union: Please refer to Section 9 (EU Users) of this Agreement, which sets out your specific rights under EU law.
9. EU Users — Additional Rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following additional provisions apply to you in addition to the rest of these Terms:
9.1 Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without giving any reason. However, by starting to use the Services immediately after subscribing, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the Services have commenced, you acknowledge that you may be charged for the portion of Services already provided.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at support@creedom.ai within 14 days of your subscription start date, clearly stating your intention to withdraw.
9.2 Conformity of Digital Services
Under EU Directive 2019/770, you are entitled to digital services that conform to the contract. If the Services do not conform, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity, a proportionate reduction in price, or termination of the contract in accordance with applicable EU law.
9.3 Governing Law for EU Users
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as an EU consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, EU law shall prevail.
9.4 Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes between consumers and businesses: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may use this platform to submit a complaint if you are an EU consumer. Our contact email for ODR purposes is support@creedom.ai.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform. For EU users, material changes to the Terms will require your active acceptance before they take effect.
